They have identified one of the attackers and since the OT knows people worldwide anyone know this guy?
A Syrian passport, found near the body of one of the attackers at the Stade de France, had been used to travel through the Greek island of Leros last month, Greek officials have confirmed.
One of the attackers who killed 129 people in Paris has been identified by French investigators.
French citizen Omar Ismail Mostefai was named by local media and a French parliamentarian.
The 29-year-old had a criminal record and was known to have been radicalised.

Agreed, I know it's pretty tin foil hatty of me to say, but like who the frick thinks like "hey gonna go blow my self up in the name of Jihad, better not forget my passport" ...and the fact that it is Syrian is a bit suspect, I suppose it's not completely beyond the realm of possibility.
Granted for 9/11 they had to go through airport security and be carrying passports, but in a public square or similar setting? and it didn't get burned and blasted away? Right.... Also whats the benefit in making easy for the authorities to identify you?

I am curious about the suicide vests, 3 of them and they took out 4 people?
It just seems like they were lucky not to have so much more damage with those so what was it? We know at least one of them had their plan thwarted to get in and pushes into a panic, what about the other 2?

Could go with that they may have entered from out of the country that day or carried it in case the plan went haywire and they needed to get out. Both seem like easy explanations for why they'd carry one.

I believe they were trying to get in the stadium... found out they were being searched, then detonated outside.

The two at the soccer stadium tried to enter stadium 10 minutes after game started. Security discovered the vests, stopped entry, and started to respond. Guys backed away and detonated. Most of crowd was already inside since game had already started.
