The first sign is pretty weak. If that frat was on top of their game, they would've referenced Gustav, which was much more devastating to Baton Rouge than Katrina.

The first sign. That referenced Katrina. That didn't reference Fournette.

You're pretty dense if you can't make that connection.

"Finish What Katrina Started" should automatically be parsed as a veiled threat/jab at Fournette? I can see one making that leap, but it certainly ain't the first one that probably comes to a lot of folks' minds.

Didn't Trent Ricardson have like 8 kids by the time he left Bama?

Yes, and Eddie Lacy ate 6 of them.

This.

I mean, this is the same school that brought us the murderers, tea bagger and tree killer, among others.

These guys have a long way to go before they can equal or top their peers.

Should send that to some recruits too, especially Kendell Jones, Rashard Lawrence, Devin White and Dylan Moses.

Fournette is by far the most outspoken about Katrina and the impact it has had on him and his family.. and his love for the state.. It means a great deal to him.

I don't disagree; my point is that the first sign, in addition to being unoriginal, is an old canard trotted out by opposing fanbases. Any attachment to Fournette is something LSU fans have implied; the sign, however, did not.
