Let's say you go to a buffet in Vegas or WDW and the cost is $50+ per adul
What is on this buffet? There would have to be prime strip steak, fresh sushi made to order, lobster and fried rice for me to pay $50

I'm Vegas almost all of that. At WDW almost none of that.

Never understood how the percentage keeps going up for what I am supposed to be tipping.

If I tip 20% for a $60.00 meal I am personally paying the server $12.00 an hour and let's face it, that is a cheap meal for a family of four. In most cases the server is waiting on at least 4 tables. So, are we saying a server at a restaurant like Texas Road House should make $50.00 an hour?

Buffet tip is $1-$5 per person.
Flat Fee meal = Flat Fee Tip.

I used to leave these behind but only have one left. Best tip explanation I've seen.

They're usually required to tip out the host, bus staff and/or bartender so it's not like they keep the entire amount.

We'll never do away with tipping here and I think it's due to the false sense of power it gives people. They aren't giving that up

Nor do they protest against tipping by simply avoiding the business where tipping is expected.

Why should I avoid the business when I can just choose to not tip?

If they were worth more than $2.10 the free market would dictate they would be paid more than $2.10. They are being fairly compensated for their skillset according to the market.

Trash. If you ever return to any restaurant where you don't tip your experience will truly suck, no one will want to wait on you, whoever has to will give you shitty service because they have no inspiration not to, your drinks will be empty constantly, if you get alcoholic drinks they will suck. All of this will happen, for two reasons. They won't be fired for it, even if you complain until you are red in the face, and because you are so far into the low percentile of people (not tipping people I mean) that you are insignificant.
