I know it is a tall order, but if they can somehow beat Bama and Ole Moss next week, that would give both of them 2 losses and give us some breathing room that if we drop one game to either of them on the road then we would still be good as long as we only have 1 loss heading into a game to decide the west, at home, Vs A&M. In which I like our chances ALOT...

This IS the best scenario for us.

Ih and Beat Florida this weekend!!!

I'm not holding my breath

Even with Chavis, it's still A&M

I see what you're saying, but give a&m back to back wins against bama and Ole piss and they are going to be riding high as frick with no losses, which makes that a tough to win game for us.

I would rather a&m drop one (ole piss) so that if we do lose a game on the way to playing them we wont be on the outside looking in.

Idea situation is us winning out, but honestly I can't see us not losing at least 1 game this season. Our ST are too shitty and our D is not THAT spectacular this year.

LOL, if that happens Miles plays it so conservatively that he loses both road games.

This is a good scenario if we lose to bama/old piss. Because in this scenario A&M would likely be a top 4 team going into our game with them.

However i prefer to win out and watch Leonard Fournette get the heisman.

I hope bama wins. If bama wins and LSU wins that leaves LSU the only undefeated SEC team left.

Sounds good to me. There's no realistic scenario that eliminates all three of Bama, Ole Miss and A&M from the West race before November (when we play them), but this would essentially eliminate two. Plus give us some wiggle room in case we do lose, as long as it's not to A&M.

A&M winning the next 2 would be the perfect scenario for us. Even if we drop one game it will set up extremely huge SECW clinching game on the final week of the reg season. Endless storylines... Chavis return to BR, Fournette/Heisman, Playoffs, etc.

If A&M is good enough to beat both of these teams back to back would scare the hell out of me.

Trying to figure out who should win in Week 6, that would benefit the Tigers the most, is a futile task.

We need to stay focused on Florida, these guys are good and are the favorite to represent the East. This will be the hardest hitting game of the year and I cant wait to see these two get after each other.

I'd prefer if all the teams beside us have at least one loss.

That gives us the most control

Don't jump down my throat if I'm wrong, but wouldn't A&M defeating Bama and losing to Ole Miss be the best scenario in the long run for us? That way LSU remains the only undefeated team in the West.

When I see "A&M" and "dirty work" in the same sentence, the expression "mud on the helmet" comes to mind.

Look i'd love for all the dominoes to fall our way, but at some point we are just going to have to take matters into our own hands and win the games on our schedule.

Lsu and a&m will meet up undefeated as the new game of the centry. But this will be more entertaining than bamma/lsu a few years ago. The winner will win the sec and the natty.

I'd rather them beat Bama and lose to Ole Miss. Give everyone else at least 1 loss and we can sit undefeated.

I hope A&M loses both games. They have the easiest conference schedule an SEC West team can possibly have these days. No road games until late October, and one of only three road games is at Vandy. Alabama and Ole Miss are going to be tough for us to beat regardless, and we'll probably have to beat them both to get where we want to go anyway.
