Had a significant other from Zachary. Good morals and well educated.

My Aunt Sissy taught 2nd grade in Zachary for 43 years.....Her house is now Miss Sis's Magic Castle across from Fire Department as well as having one of the fire trucks named for her.
Great memories of spending lots of time in Zachary.....great town

They like high school, basketball, and cheerleaders. In the summer they haul logs for their daddy, and if work was slow, they did construction. They aren't invited when they divy up the pork. And that's....okay.
That fricking commercial is creepy AS frick.
Zachary is a fine place. Good schools, plenty of houses with decent prices/sqft if you want older style. Of if you want new fancy shite there's CopperMill and Americana. I would not suggest living in Amerciana(that construction is poopie) and huge apartment complex across 64 going up.
I would choose something like Beaver Creak or other neighborhoods off those streets north of 64, except where DTL killed a lady.
City is growing fast and already building a bypass around their small town to appease traffic and foster growth. All it lacks is a theater. Decent places to eat like Sammy's and Phonecian. Also, Have a Walmart, Leblancs, Winn Dixie, Home Depot, a hospital with Emergency Room(not the greatest but it's something).

Beaver Creek is Copland. Cops live there, Cops run it. Retired cops, Current cops they live next door to each other, one after the other. If you're not a cop or don't like cops, stay away from Beaver Creek .

So what's the place that you're elevating above Zachary? You an LP baw?

Lived down the street from this house. It's one of the lower end areas now, so you wouldn't want to live there regardless of a murder

Most likely reserve deputies.

I picked up golf balls and mowed grass in Zachary while at LSU. They reminded me on many occasions how lucky I was to get to serve them.

Haha yea. That's what meant by it. Not that there was a murder. Just not a great hood now.

Yes. But he won't admit on here because he's ashamed of it. Not that I blame him. If I lived in the LP I'd be deflecting by bashing Zachary too.
