My dad used to work on Saturday mornings. When he got home for lunch we would spend all evening watching Paul Prudhomme, Justin Wilson and John Folse cooking shows and then an old western or Elvis movie.

Good memories.

Sad that I thought Prudhomme was already dead.

I chuckled when I saw him in his electric scooter 20 yrs ago ordering a Lucky Dog.

Not to take a swipe at him at all, and we've all done it too, but there was some funny irony in seeing the famous Chef PP making such a purchase.

RIP.

SHUT UP!

I saw him around the Wheeling airport on my way to Houston.

If there are Redfish in the next life and they control any punishment there, Prudhomme will be in serious trouble.

If in reference to his weight, I'd say the years and years of 20 hour days took more of a toll. The man is a legend.
