South Carolina will be the home team and get the money

The contest will officially be South Carolina’s home game. It’s expected that South Carolina will keep the ticket and concession revenue and reimburse LSU for its expenses to conduct the game.

Well then no "Sandstorm" or endzone decoration. Maybe a palmetto at the 35 yard line though 
But I like this b/c it means we get to play them twice in Tiger Stadium.

Make them the home team financially. Let them get the money made on the game minus LSU's expenses

LSU will be penalized 15 yards for unsportsmanlike conduct every time the fans cheer too loudly for LSU.

I definitely expect USC to get the proceeds.
