quote:

LSU's receivers aren't about to ask for more passes with Fournette's success, but there's an emphasis on improving the balance, as well as pitching in to help the ground game.

''If they were recruiting me and they told me they were going to give the ball to Leonard, or the running backs 75 percent of the time, it might be hard to get a recruit at the receiver position or quarterback position,'' Dupre said. ''But at the end of the day, we're here ... we've got to live with it.

''We're doing the best that we can do blocking, and then when we get an opportunity, we've got to make the best of it. Because there's going to be times this year where we're going to have to have it.''

1) He went to John Curtis by choice.

2) Did he watch LSU for the past eight years or only 2013?

He needs to learn to catch the ball better and tell his teammates the same, then they could trust to throw to them more often.

If I was a coach in that situation I like to believe I would have told him that LF7 has done well with his touches and that is why he gets more and that he should focus more on what to do with his opportunities not dwell on what ifs.

I love LSU but I always kind of thought the same thing as far as WR's go. Never said it out loud but makes sense..

Make it a little tougher on the coaches to decide the offensive gameplan. On one side of the board you've got a program making running back, and on the other side you've got several guys with Roberto Duran's disease. But THAT'S Les's fault?

Dupre should worry more about watching the ball all the way in and worry less about what he would do if he was being recruited again.

I'm curious what was omitted from the quote in the elipsis. Seems like it was inserted out of context and not in concert with his other quotes in the article.

Dont say shite like that man. Its a team game and thats a me mentality

Oh and catch everything in sight and youll see more opportunities. Simple fact

2 or so passes were thrown in the second half against Eastern Michigan. That was the direct result of the first half dropsies

he has to realize his time is coming.. they are all still young. he should really break out the next two seasons. with a junior/season qb..

i mean odell and jarvis had to go through this..

right??

right??

actually, i have no idea.. but he's been frustrated since last year. he still had a TD this past game though

Why is anyone shocked by this comment? Do y'all think the receivers like stalk blocking?
