The Martin and Brown case are NOTHING like this one. Here we have actual video evidence of someone being killed when they should not have been.

Yes, and BEFORE he was shot. Some are saying that is why the officer shot him, or at least implying it.

Or how about this. He gets out the car, puts his hands behind his back, gets in the patrol car and goes to jail. Nobody gets hurt

This is why it's his fault. No, the guy shouldn't have been killed, but he was because of his own actions, causing the LOE to make a mistake and use excessive force. However, it all began with the guy not obeying the officer.

You claim the cop made a mistake in this post yet say it's 100% on the driver in a previous post. I'd love to see you unwrap that one.

No one is saying that. They are saying noncompliance is not punishable by death. It is an arrestable offense, not a killable offense.

So no one is questioning why the officer felt the need to reach into the vehicle if he felt there was enough potential harm to kill someone? Just that he was dragged?

And I can live with that. Just the way the media plays it out especially CNN drives me crazy. All cops that were killed in that short span a few months back were killed by black criminals not one time in CNN broadcasts did they mention that. shite is just getting old. Sure there are bad cops but frick I am glad the good ones are out there even if some of them are pricks.

The whole point of that posts was to illustrate the absurdity of you own assertions,

Congrats on not grasping the most used tool on any message board- hyperbolic sarcasm.

was it excessive force? OF COURSE. there is not a single person claiming it wasn't, that was the cops mistake, using excessive force. But the guy is dead 100% because of his own actions causing the LEO to use ANY force. Now, please tell me he was complying properly and got shot.

I agree 100%. Excessive force was used and the LEO will have to pay for that, however the man is dead because he caused the LEO to use any force. It's his fault.

No because the only one that found injustice was a white guy.

Riots won't happen tonight. Probably not tomorrow, either. It's too late. Riots almost always spin off of peaceful protests.

You know losing your life over a silly license plate is a waste so kids try not to sweat the small stuff and give the cop your ID and don't try to flee.

The white guy that unnecessarily killed someone who will have the opportunity to defend his behavior in a court of law in a legal system that often gives police officers the benefit of the doubt?

Talk about injustice.
