I wouldn't have indicted him. He was dragged and Idk how the jury doesn't see that.
He MAY have been dragged AFTER he popped a cop in the guy's head.

Yes. Wasn't there a black women a few years back that got lit up when she tried running some cops over.
OHO! Precedence! Open and shut case then I guess.

o avoid this all Dubose has to do was comply, and he would still be alive.
He didn't comply fully but it was no reason whatsoever to shoot the kid in the head
I don't see how people like you don't see that. He drove off. The officer's life wasn't in danger. The officer pulled his gun as the kid was trying to get away from him.
Using this logic a cop has a reason to shoot anyone just about anyday if they don't comply fully

You're right, I give up. Clearly the man in red was simply attempting to parallel park in order to move his illegal car off the road. If the cop didn't shoot he would have never ran.

the cop was pretty collected up until the part where he shot the guy in the fricking head.
Yep. Could have used the, "well that escalated quickly" meme in those 3 seconds where he went from putting the car in drive to getting his head blown off.

FIFY
It's sad that lemmings like yourself think the act of evading arrest is justifiably punishable by death.
ETA:
I mean sad like Leo from "What's eating Gilbert Grape"
not sad like the Jews in "Schindler's List"

All of you give the same answers. Not ever in these videos do you see them saying yes sir no sir and the cop shoots them.

There it is indeed.

Nah, you got it all wrong. He was hurrying to pick up his 13 kids and bring them to little league and dance practice because he was running late from meeting with his parole officer. To top it off, he missed his class that night and was only one semester away from finishing Law School.

Or the cop would have been drug down the road just like the cop was a few weeks ago in Orlando. Where is that video on CNN. 1000's of people are pulled over daily and most are not shot but of course the video of the black guy with a warrant or whatever is shown. He is shot show the family pics, and say what a great person he was. How about all the cops recently killed most by black perpuators. In this incident the cop may be at fault let the jury decide but I am sure the riots are about to begin. Hit repeat and rewind.

Ok say he doesnt shoot and dindo speeds off through campus and runs over someones kid going to class killing them. YOU CANT LET THE LAWLESS LIVE LAWLESSLY

I wonder what the narrative of this story would be had the guy sped off and clipped the guy that walked near his car a few seconds before the incident or even a young child playing in the street?

Yeah brah, he would have been allowed to careen away running over little college students at will.
Happens all the time.

Live humans know how to drive, dead bodies, not so much.
"what if he accidentally ran over and killed a mother of 5 after being shot in the head and his lifeless foot accelerated the car".
Pointless either way.

WHO WAS GOING TO STOP HIM BRAH!!!???
It surely wasn't going to be common sense so who or what else was going to step up to the plate and stop him?
Posted on 7/29/15 at 8:56 pm to ManBearTiger
Or how about this. He gets out the car, puts his hands behind his back, gets in the patrol car and goes to jail. Nobody gets hurt

So....a hypothetical "what if" is means to kill someone? You aren't guilty in this country before you even commit a crime. He was pulled over for a traffic violation, not for maybe, just a slight chance he would drive off recklessly and hit a kid and kill someone.

Riots are not about to begin. He was indicted, as he should have been.
WHen a bad guy (criminal) shoots a cop or resists he is either killed or arrested and tried- always. This is one of the few cases where an officer was even indicted for an egregious action.
