Have any of you actually attempted to write a novel? It's not like you can just bang out a bunch of pages all day every day. You need a break. How many of you frick off on this website at work for a few hours a day?
The writing process is different for everyone and I'm not excusing his inability to produce a book for four fricking years, but this shite isn't what's keeping him from finishing. What's keeping him from finishing is poor planning.

It's probably too late for them to use book material anymore. No way the sixth book will be out in time.

Wish they would do something with Sub Mariner. He was a villain because of what happened to his people. Made him look not like a bad guy but one who opposed the good guys because he was driven by what he had to do. Wish they would use him but they'd screw it up.

The show will become blase and the stories formulaic if left solely to the TV writers. They'll just kill off major characters every episode because "that's what we're known for.
