I know the 30 for 30 is about 5 years old but holy shite, its awesome. Anyone else watch it recently? I'd love to get my hands on any other Pablo Escobar documentaries.

Killing Pablo and the book on which it's based are very good.

BTW, I know the man in whose office this picture once resided.

Really is one of my favorite 30 for 30's, the only think I have to complain about is that almost the entire thing is in subtitles. I know that's pretty unfair since like everyone is Colombian, it just gets old after awhile.

I finally got around to watching it about two weeks ago. Really enjoyed it.

Arguably the best of all the 30 for 30's.

I'd have to say Survive and Advance.

I watched it about a week ago; very good. For some reason, before I got around to finally seeing it, I assumed the 2 Escobars were brothers. Not so much

They have one on Netflix told by his son(s) and the victim's sons. I have it bookmarked but haven't watched it yet.

It's definitely my pick. It's fantastic. One of the best documentaries I've ever seen.

Yeah that one is very good and underrated. Same with the 16th man, the South African rugby one.

But the two escobars is up there with The Best That Never Was and Once Brothers as the best. The Best That Never Was is one of the best documentaries of any genre that you will see.

that captured my imagination more than any other ones I've seen.

I liked Benji, The Best that Never Was, and Elway to Marino also.

but the Two Escobars transcended sports to a depth I haven't found in any of the others.

I haven't seen every episode though.

oh, the hockey piece was fantastic.

Of Miracles and Men.

i never really cared about hockey but that story right there was one of the more interesting stories I've seen involved with sports.

I like it when a documentary can hold your attention even when you don't have a particular interest in the sport to begin with.
