Larry Drew/Seth Curry > Norris Cole?

Starting to think they won't resign Norris or holding off on a signing in order to see what they have in Seth and Larry..
Feel like either one could make the roster and be the 3rd PG off of the bench..
Seth has really developed more of a dribble drive, floater game and Larry has decent court vision.
Neither one is defensively on par with Norris but offensively Seth is better than Norris and Larry is a better passer.
Wouldn't mind signing either one or both to a min. deal, maybe even non-guaranteed and start the season that way... I personally like Norris and thought he was instrumental in us staying afloat till some of the injured players came back for the final push,but if it means we can use the rest of the BAE and/or MLE to sign another quality wing for depth and competition then I guess I could live with that...

A misread of the situation IMO. We extended the QO to Cole, he can sign it anytime he wants, in fact if he signed it right this minute the team would be "stuck" with him if they were waiting to see about Curry and Drew. Cole is the one holding out for a better deal and it looks like he can't find one.

And we have the ability to sign both to minimums if we wanted to carry that many guards.

We are about to hit a dead period. We don't even have Team USA to tide us over. Once Cole signs and Summer League wraps up, it will probably be a month to a month and a half without anything meaningful happening. The best thread in August might be pictures from player instagrams.

I don't think people are giving Cole's offensive skills enough credit. Towards the last stretch of the season, it seemed to me like he would score 8-10 points every 4th Q and shot the J very well.
If Jrue ends up getting injured, we're going to want Cole over Curry/Drew 100% if we're expecting to be a playoff team in the west.

Even if Jrue is healthy, he and Cole were off the charts fantastic together. VERY small sample size, but their 2 man lineup vs. the Warriors was +31.3. LINK

Nice. I feel like it's only a matter of time before Cole signs the QO. He's not going to walk away from a team with our level of talent to make a little more money with a mediocre team. I think he'll get his minutes here too.

When you have to talk about two players equalling or being greater then 1 player then you should think to yourself my logic isn't really there.

It's a good tool for keeping up with players. I've even seen a couple of players announce signings on there(Lin/PJax)
Models also post pics of them selves too if you look for their pages
