Tier the NBA title contenders for next year

For me, it can be done as follows
Tier 1- Warriors, Spurs, Cavs
Tier 2-Clippers, Rockets, Thunder. I almost put the Clippers in tier 1 tbh. They're a much hated team but ultra talented and now perhaps more depth
Tier 3- Memphis, Chicago
Tier 4- Washington, Miami
No one else is a legitimate contender imo.

I agree with tiers 1 and 2.
Sad that it only includes one team from the East.
Cavs having to run through 2 of those teams in the West before the Finals would make for awesome playoffs.

Tier 1: Warriors, Spurs, Cavs
Tier 2: Clippers, Grizz, Rockets
Tier 3: Pels, Bulls, Bucks, Wiz
I have no idea where to place OKC because of injury concerns and a new coach. If they get GS's injury luck from this past season then I would have them in tier 1.

Memphis ahead of Clippers and Rockets

Seems pretty decent, but you don't really need tier 4

It's clear from the responses that Houston has earned the respect of many posters after the playoff run. Good to see.

You've got WAS and MIA and no ATL. Fyi, Pels will roll WAS and MIA this year if healthy. Stick that list up your arse.

I agree with those except OKC is a ? for me. New coach & injuries playing a factor in it, but they could easily get back to form & be at top 4 seed.
Barring injury the Warriors, Cavs, or Spurs will be the team to win it.
Bucks will also be interesting. I could see them gelling & bring a dangerous team come playoff time. They'll be a contender sooner than later if they keep that core

Is all this Clippers talk based on Lance Stephenson? Seriously???!

For everyone picking Washington, they won 46 games in the east. Do people really think they are better than even the 8th seed in the west? Lol clueless fricks

Warriors, spurs, cavs
Clippers, bulls, rockets
Memphis, Washington, Miami
Pels, hawks, bucks, jazz, dallas, raptors, magic
The last group I don't really think has a chance but I do believe they will be the other playoff teams in the east and west after the 3 tiers.
Cavs
Bulls
Wizards
Heat
Hawks
Bucks
Raptors
Magic
Spurs
Warriors
Clippers
Rockets
Thunder
Pels
Jazz
Mavericks
Might sneak in
Suns
Lakers

Tier 1 - Warriors, Cavs, Spurs, Thunder
Tier 2 - Everyone else
No team outside of the top 4 has any significant chance at winning it all.
