LSU uniforms

Before you pounce on me for bringing it up, I'll just say I love what LSU does with their SEC or OOC uniforms and I like that it's really consistent/classic/traditional. The subtle updates over the years have all been good IMO.
BUT I do think its cool to do something completley new once every 2-3 years for ONE game like they did in 07, 09, and 2011. The 09s vs Ark were my personal favorite.
Is there any talk about doing that again anytime in the future? TIA.

I'd like to see something like this again also. However, I'm not sure if Nike chooses who it wants to design uniforms for or if we've been offered this opportunity lately or what. You would think Nike would choose a high profile school like LSU but maybe not.. Interesting question.

My guess is that Nike has the final say as to which teams it WANTS to include in their Pro-Combat type series....I'm thinking schools probably have the right to refuse. But it kind of looks like Nike is moving away from doing those big one-off series for 7 or 8 schools and just has a few they keep going to each year.

I agree completely. Enjoyed the Nike Pro Combat Uniforms in 2011

I liked seeing the Nike Combat uniforms. I wouldn't want to replace the regular's for them but for just one game a year is cool.

I wish they could go back to the larger block numbers on the football jersey's. Since they changed a couple of years ago, i thinks it takes the look down a notch.
