Texas A&M & Vandy have to go on the road, but Arkansas host a higher seed.

Roll your eyes at the NCAA. They should have lined up A&M with Missouri State because the Aggies were the next logical Top 8 seed candidate. I know they don't normally do that, but they KNEW in this case that MO State could not host a SR. Instead, they used geography to line up shitty OK State.

that they stuck the only West Coast team with the earliest time slot. Not that Fullerton has many fans, but anyone who cares will have to watch with cereal or pancakes now.

Any thoughts on how the UF/FSU series affects the Sunday game time?
I assume if they go to a 3rd game, then the ULL/LSU game will be at 5 on ESPNU and if it's over by Sunday then ULL/LSU will be at 6 on ESPN2. Sound right?

Yea I'd be a bit miffed if I were a Vandy or AtM fan. No reason a bubble national seed shouldn't have been paired with Misery St.

Did the NCAA not know this prior to seeding the teams? Why not match that regional with a regional that would have a better team than OKSt and Arkansas?

Is there any other perks to being a national seed other than hosting through SR that I am missing? Seems like the number 8 seed was completely wasted.

other than hosting the regional, no, they got screwed on this one. i dont think its anyone's fault though, it just is what it is.
