I use a steamer but was wearing a button up shirt, so I put a towel down on my table and royally fricked it up

I assumed it was the same as water rings and would come up with mayo. No such luck. Do I just need a new table or is there something else I can try?

Just iron the rest and make it all look the same

All you need to fix that is a sander, some stain, and a man.

You can refinish a wood table before throwing it out. Strip, sand, stain. Or paint top for a nice two-tone look.

Wow. You're gonna have to sand the entire thing and refinish it.

Just iron the rest of the table and say that it's European. No one will question it.

That's not from an iron. It looks like you were laying on your back on the table.

What difference does this make?

I wouldn't trust putting things on it. It's structurally not sound. Throw it away and buy another one from RentACenter.
