If you could hire anyone and money wasn't an issue.

I'd go with Jamie Oliver.

Joe, from the Waffle House behind the Pure Oil Station on H-39.

He scatters the hash browns and turns an egg better than any ex-con I have ever met. Nice guy for a reformed murderer. Wasn't totally his fault, beer and women were involved. A sometimes lethal
combination after midnight.

Never have seen him burn a piece of wheat toast either.

I would require her to pronounce Italian ingredients like a normal person.

And Julia Child if she was still around and even if I could only have them for a few days or a week. What a hoot that would be.

I wouldn't mind Gordon Ramsey as much of a jerk as he can be. I think he's great in the kitchen.

Next up, I'd have Bobby Flay for some outdoor cooking. I think he's very good at flavors.

Patrick O'Connell from the Inn at Little Washington.

And, then Sue Zemanick.

In terms of anything approaching realism, no doubt (and it's not very realistic for me). She is absolutely terrific.

Aida Mollenkamp. Her dishes have the balance of taste and health that I like. Also, I think she is pretty and has a cool personality.
