Wow some of you guys are something else. Maybe some of you that is hammering Doucet should Google him because if you compare him to the paparazzi you have zero knowledge. So here I will make it easy for the ones that can't do a Google search on Doucet. I will leave here saying that Freak was a fricking tool and I hope that Doucet indeed has the footage and plays it!

Jacques Doucet

Won or shared in winning 7 Louisiana AP awards in sports broadcasting, most recently for "The 10-Year Anniversary of The Blue Grass Miracle". I was also named to The Baton Rouge Business Report's "40 Under 40" in 2012, was nominated for a local Emmy alongside videographer Robert Hollins for our "Knowing Mo" feature on former LSU athlete Mo Isom, won "The Scoop" award for excellence in local social media, received the 2011 "Beyond the Call of Duty Award" from the Support Our Warriors organization and the ³Community Service Award" from the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) which is a national award, for my charitable efforts through "Red, Rock and Blue".

Again...don't cameras...you know...take photos? Video? Or is that just mine that does that?

It's a good question and maybe the video will come out eventually. Or maybe his boss decided not to release it. Beats the hell out of me.

I don't think you understand what having a "right" to do something means. He absoulelty has the right to ask them to leave legally. They have the right to ignore him. You are confusing the authority to make them leave with the right to ask them to leave. By the way nice edit once you were called out for trying to make freak look like a thief.

Look douche read it anyway you want. I said he grabbed the camera"."(Which means end of that sentence). They got in their vehicles and drove off. No where with in that I said he grabbed the camera and took off with it. So slice it up anyway you want. I added that in for those who assumed(I don't have to tell you what that means)he took the camera.

had Jacques run up on his dinner at Ruffino's with Rex Ryan, I'd say poor form.

Since the players made a public spectacle of their effort to go "recruit" Collins along with their location, well then JD was well within his rights to go report on it. Don't put it out there and then claim you want your privacy.

Was Pouncey their to secure the rights to the "Free Lael" apparel?

Yeah in the end i'd probably say JD was in the right. But i also dont think it's that big of of a deal and he should get over it as long as their is no damage or anything like that to the equipment.

Not sure but I heard Kevin Mawee say this morning that it was a bad move bringing him along.

Looks like Johnson hasn't changed at all...he gets there and gets close but can't bring the man down

He's been kicked out of two LSU press conferences, forced to issue an apology to Bonnette and Miles, and blatantly lied/sensationalized the JJ Shadys story.

Well there you go then it is done! So has Bobby Hebert and I still love the Father of Who Dat Nation

Look I don't know Doucet from Adam or Eve. And I am sure he does not need me to defend him but for some to say he is nothing more than a hack paparazzi is really a joke. That's all and I am sure if Doucet would not have been there they would have been others and well they might have been.

I didn't hear that piece, but knowing how many times the turds on here take something they hear and completely twist it, I will just assume the op did the same thing and has no facts what so ever. Just stating what he thinks he heard.

I think you might be reaching to say people would call Bama players thugs for not wanting an interview. Now JD was well within his rights and Freak should not have touched his equipment. This story getting traction from people just shows how slow sports news is right now ha.

I can't speak for any other "turds" on here but I stated exactly what I heard, fact! For some to read into me saying Freak took off with the camera is on them. I listened to what Doucet said in fact I rewinded it a few times to catch exactly who were present at Walk Ons.

Doucet did not make a big deal of this in fact was laughing at the end of him telling it.

Don't condone Freak grabbing/touching camera at all.

That said, if Doucet doesn't want to be treated like paparazzi, he shouldn't act like paparazzi.

He job is to report news rather than create it. What did his being at Walk On's add to the story? Nothing. Everyone with social media knew Collins and Co. were there. He went there to create a story by ambushing those guys in the parking lot when they tried to leave.
