She didn't rob anybody, didn't really hurt anyone, didn't drive a car drunk, or say anything incredibly racist.
She acted like an idiot entitled pos, but instead of hitting her with a suspension and assuming she learns her lesson, people want her to be unemployed. Why? We all make mistakes, give her a chance to atone for hers (even though we, as the peanut gallery, weren't even effected by this) and show the world she learned something from this.

These types of tow companies are typically really shitty businesses and their employees have really shitty attitudes from my experience.

Yeah, the video is clearly doctored to make it appear like a one way conversation as much as possible. No one knows what the lady behind the counter was really saying.
Britt McHenry shouldn't have said some of those things, but it was just one of those moments where you get so heated that you essentially black out and say things without thinking. Not saying its right, but everyone has had a similar occurrence in their life. It just wasn't recorded and made available to millions of people.
