losing a regional 6 outs from a SR with a 4 run lead doesn't help

Has nothing to do with the attendance today. Good try though.

We had shitty attendance before Skip started winning nattys. It's been six years since the Tigers have been crowned. The crowds are not a natural characteristic of LSU baseball. They are fair weather fans who flock to championships.

The place was packed for the Ole Miss series and the crowd was decent against Kentucky.

Its going to be good for big games, calm down. The game isn't as fun to watch as it was before they killed the bats. Sure, its closer to the MLB. But if I wanted that, I would just watch professionals do it. That said I prefer to watch on TV because the seats given to students are pure shite, although I go for big series and post season

If you think attendance has been a problem this season, I think you're just misremembering how full games usually are. This weekend the threat of weather and the fact that Auburn isn't considered a good baseball team kept people away. But attendance was great for Ole Miss and Kentucky (except for Sunday because that game was at 11am), and I was honestly surprised at how good of a crowd there was for Kansas opening weekend considering it was Mardi Gras. And if we win next weekend in Georgia, the stage will be set for our first marquee home series of the year when aTm roles into town.

The actual attendance this year has definitely improved compared to last year, and it was mostly bad last year because we had bad luck with weather.

Over the last 4 or 5 seasons, the place is packed opening night and the first two Friday night SEC games .. Otherwise, it's very average .. Sunday games don't really draw well at all .. Lots of no shows ..

Lsu has not scored a run in omaha in 6 years and has only had one good showing in the past 15 years. Fans are losing interest.
