..other than anabolic roids.

I did have a thread bookmarked but it has since been locked and can no longer be referenced. Basically a collaboration of OT comments on what they used and how well they liked it. I'll try it again here so we can update what everyone is using.

I picked up a 2# container of Combat by MusclePharm over the weekend to try out.

It supposedly is a blend of 5 types of protein to absorb at different speeds: 3 whey, an egg albumin and a casein.

Anyone else use it?

Here are some supplements I've used over the years that I've had success with..

Protein:
ON Whey
Cellucor Whey
Combat ??

Preworkout:
C4
Ripped Phreak
Super Phreak
NO Explode

Multis:
Endoshield

BCAAs:
Cellucor

Creatine Products:
MP Creatine

Weight loss:
No current recommendations. Need someone like Paige to comment.

Weight Gainers:
No current recommendations.

Just started back on creatine today.

No bcaa at the moment.

Leucine, glutamime, protein and a little karbolyn (carbs) to spike insulin.

ON Whey Isolate
Xtend or Resurgence for BCAAs
Trader Joe Greens
Occasional pre-workout(pick various samples)

I thought about using MusclePharm Combat Powder because of the price(44 bucks at Costco I think?) but they've been caught amino spiking. So I'll go with trustworthy yet crappy tasting ON.

Do yall recommend pills or powder for creatine?

I'm currently taking Bodytech creatine monohydrate powder and I feel like it hasn't done shite. Maybe I'm not lifting enough currently to gain the intended effects? or is it just a shitty brand?

I used to take the pill form and it worked pretty damn well. Had some serious gains. The downside was that I started basically shitting water during my second cycle and had to cut it short. I've been hesitant to try pills again after that.

I'm pretty new to supplements so some advice would be appreciated.

I throw steel and leave all the other nonsense to the noobs.

My only "supplement" is a daily multivitamin with a heavy dose of badass.

I love combat. Plenty of flavors and they mix well.
I'm using GAT Nitra flex for a pre and Extend for my BCAAS.
