Those Free Fly shirts are unbelievably soft and comfortable. Patagonia makes some that are similar but spendy (I've bought them for my father in law who winters in South Florida as gifts, and he loves them).
I'd gladly fish in those shirts and wear them casually, but I wouldn't want to go out and work construction or anything like that in them.

You can look into ex officio.... They can be a little pricey, but have nice looking shirts that work.

I have a couple of those cabelas shirts, they are nice but have one major drawback...for whatever reason they put a zippered pocket at the bottom of the shirt and it is awkward, uncomfortable and the zipper catches and pulls the fabric. It sounds like a small thing but it's bothersome enough that I don't wear them

I have a magellan and h20 from academy. I also have one from a start up company called southern sportsmen or something like that. All the dri fit material and all work fine for me. I just got some super light weight columbia uv blocking pants that I'm eager to try. I'd love to not have to worry about sunblock.

Something like that (if it's high quality) without the huge/obnoxious logos
they make a version that has a small logo on the chest...I find it to be very comfortable and light, but don't buy the bullshite about it automatically cooling you through evaporation.

ExOfficio , fishing shirt. Much cooler than Columbia and they last for decades.
Hard to find but their Stuff is great gear.

Used to be all Columbia until I found Reel Legend fishing shirts at Beall's & Amazon. Cost is less & they have more pockets. Feel & look great

Under Armour Turf gear - same material as heat gear, but with long sleeves. They have a number of them that have added UV blocking.
(ETA: I originally said "All Season" gear, but that's more for fall weather - Turf Gear is heat gear with long sleeves.)

The Louisiana sportsman breathables with the small logo on the chest and something written down the sleeve. They are the best I have found.
Are you talking about these??
They are buy one get one free right now. Just bought 2 of them to try out.
