Would destigmatizing bare titties in public turn everyone off to them

Thinking about the campaign in Iceland and long term effect it would have. eventually wouldn't seeing thousand of titties ever day make them boring 
not to mention youd never want to step foot in a fricking wal mart again
But desexualizing tits is a bad thing right. Or who gives a shite for the 1 in 10 actual nice ones youd get to see

I don't want public display of boobs to be ok because the women most likely to show boobs would be the ones you don't want to see. That being said, I can't imagine ever getting bored with seeing boobs.
