This is why you should stay current on facebook, twitter and tinder throughout your marriage. That way when it comes to an end it's not such an adjustment.

I got a FB page a couple years ago. Haven't posted on it in like 2 years.
The older I get, the more I enjoy being alone. Maybe if I were younger I'd have a greater need for companionship, but at age 61 my bandmates and the 3 or 4 lifelong friends I have in Cali provide all the company I could ask for.
Anyway, drop social media. Just open the door, get outside and be. You'll be fine.

Been without Facebook since ~2009. Now I have a genuine interest in what's going on in my friends lives instead of making fake talk because I already know what they do every fricking day. I'm on Instagram for the no drama and to post hunting and fishing pics and view countless other hilarious pages that I frequent.

Dating sites are the worst. It's either single moms or fat chicks.
Oh and totally insane ones if they are the least bit attractive. I mean think about it. An attractive girl gets approached or hit on several times a day. She can punch her own ticket. Why does she need to be on an internet dating site? There is a reason.
Just be courteous, don't be forward and weird, and weed out the crazy. Be patient. It's not that hard.

Single life gets easier and easier every day. I find myself missing sex less and less, and there are a ton of great new series on tv to keep me occupied after work. Hang in there.

I got rid of facebook. The only thing I have is twitter. I don't really have followers, just follow sports,news etc. I would never go back to facebook. After stopping for a while, it really does seem crazy all the stuff people share

Single life is great once you accept it. I remember waking up with hangovers (don't even like to drink), having $100 bar tabs, all in an attemp to chase the ladies. Once I said f*** it a couple of years ago life's been great. Going to the Rockets game tonight, just got my tee time for Friday, etc. I'll have to answer to nobody all weekend.
