When you get a restraining order against someone you should never live with that person again. it was his fault for beating her before the restraining order, but it is her fault he beat her after the restraining order.

I think battered wife syndrome should be classified under workplace violence. Only a housewife who can't or won't work would stay with an abuser. If you can't or won't work then I consider you a housewife. Your employer husband beat you so you killed him should be workplace violence.
