Will be interesting to see if/how this place sustains.

I don't see that type of club working here at all.

it is not going to work because there will be no enforcement of dress codes and it will only be sustained by them letting in all the downtown trash that's already there. after a while, it will die out because no one will want to be around trash when paying bottle service prices.

No one is paying bottle service in BR regardless of the clientele. A place that size can not survive on electronic music. Its been tried many times, and all have failed. BR doesn't have a big enough group that listens to house/electro/etc to keep a club afloat

MUCH TRUTH here. I am not one to go to "clubs" even when I am in Vegas but on the occasions I have gone to take a client or as a guest this would be absolutely true. If I am going to drop ridiculous amounts of cash, the last thing I want is some turd in a T-shirt and cargo shorts chatting up my women.

Hahah, I just remember they had some crazy beer or drink special on Thursday nights. They played alot of techno and had lasers and smoke/fog machines too if I remember correctly.

Won't last. Besides Delgado is an "owner" in that he gets paid in an ownership group to push these projects through. What a douche canoe

Went to that place wayyy too much. Friend of mine was one of the DJs there. Can remember many nights getting off work with all the other cocktail waitresses at the Belle and everyone meeting up at Poet's

Exactly, not sure why they think this will work.

Same here, think it was a stretch one summer I went every Thursday. It might have been 3 for 1 on beers if I remember correctly.
