One scout described how Winston was so impressive with his knowledge of X's and O's that "there was a moment where we kind of looked at each other and said, 'Oh, okay, wow.'"

The comparison I heard several times was Peyton Manning.

I'll take my entire life savings on the bet he would never live up to that label.

Well, that makes it sound like he's "well-spoken."

I don't doubt his football IQ. But for frick's sake, this is getting ridiculous. And I'd bet my left nut that Jameis didn't do half the shite Luck did in college. Manning laps just about every QB ever when it comes to football knowledge. But congrats Jameis, you're right there with Manning my man!

Well that's just not true, Jameis didn't go 0-4 against UF.

I love how upset people get over Jameis. No one wants him to be good, and it kills them that he is good.

That's not fair. We haven't given Winston a chance to suck in cold weather yet.

That's the weird thing about Winston. He's apparently quite book smart. Plus, he is obviously able to make quick decisions.

Here is Jameis diagramming a play after Mariucci tries to shake his memory:

Winston will be the second #1 pick QB in the draft under Jimbo Fisher's tutelage. We need Jimbo back.

Comparing Jamies to Peyton Manning is a disservice to Jameis. He will win more than 1 super bowl.

Watching the combine yesterday, I thought he was heads and tails better than every other QB there, including Mariota. If his knowledge is competent, and he can cut out the off-field drama (not having substance issues helps), he will a great pro quarterback.

I would take Winston #1 with no regrets.

If the sexual assault issue e3nds up being nothing, then I have no problem with him.

shite, I have yelled worse things than, "frick her right in the pussy," in a public place.

Stealing crab legs is not great, but it is not a huge red flag to me.

Are these the same scouts that recommended Ryan Leaf, Akili Smith and others?
