Soooo....I got a job at a restaurant

New restaurant opening and I got a job working there part time.
I am starting as a "helper" with becoming a bartender the target.
It's going to be really interesting analyzing things from a new perspective, and I am really excited about this.
I don't know if I will have any influence but I hope to educate them about microwaved steaks and BMC beer.

2 years ago I went back to school after 10 years of self employment. during this time i decided to get a part time job as a bartender. Even though I had never worked in a restaurant before I was able to score a bartending job at a high end Baton Rouge restaurant. I did it for about 3 months and hated it.
I decided to spend the remaining year and a half concentrating on school.

Congrats on the new drug hookups.
But seriously, if it's something you want to do, enjoy it. I'd hate to go back into the food service industry. Waited in college and couldn't stand it.
