Did you hand it in at the Union hall or mail it?

If you mail it, make sure it is certified. You can return to work the day after it is post marked.

Excellent. One more question and that's it.
Would I mail it to the hall?
And does it have to be addressed to someone in particular or just USW Local 750?
Thanks for your help!

I can't understand why the USW doesn't make all workers walk out in every plant they have. They are already messing with 20% of their membership, why not go all in and make other refiners push for a settlement.
If this happens, the government would get involved and would make sure a deal would get done.

You can mail it to the hall or USW international in Pittsburgh. Either way it's still USW.

Did anyone cross today? I recall several posters saying they would return today
I need this thing to end so I can get back to seeing my people inside

Just want to make sure I have all my ducks in a row when I go back and I can't seem to get in touch with anyone.
Call your line manager and he will give you a direct number to the correct person.

Posters have been stating this for two weeks... Is this just some psychological experiment to get your colleagues to fall on your sword?

Phillips66 in Lake Charles here. Our contract is up
In June. Hopefully it gets resolved by then.
If hourly workers keep crossing the line then im sure it will be.

It's too early to begin looking to hire replacement workers.
Posted on 3/6/15 at 5:55 pm to lsuconnman
No. I know this firsthand and 60+ people have already crossed in Norco.
