I've only been into bourbon for about 3 years, but I've certainly never heard of the "weight test".
I can tell you I put this next to ECBP and it's nowhere close in proof.

I've got to disagree with you on that one. I'm 4 or 5 glasses deep, all neat, and I'd say it drinks right in that 90-95 proof range.
Do a side by side with ECBP and get back to us, but I'm having a hard time going with you on that one....

Ha! Luckily I made it through onboarding. But I've only been on the unit a few months. Got a crap ton to learn. Don't need a handicap. But I didn't take this job to sit at the house and be told I can't do it.
In my experience it's too good to be striking over this staffing crap. ...

It was communicated to us when the strike was called that the company said we'll put in no retrogression if you back off of staffing. Simple. Do it.

Are you at Convent or Norco? I'm giving them Monday to get this BS settled then I'm going back. Did you talk to HR or anyone or just go to work? Did you resign your membership beforehand?
