The last fight I was in was 12 years ago (18 years old at the time), and it was because someone spit in my face. Normally I'm with the OT about fighting being trashy, but there are certainly exceptions.

I would like to think that I would react the way Atticus Finch did in "To Kill A Mockingbird", and not stoop to the spitter's level but I'm not sure I could.

I have this weird thing sometimes when I'm talking to someone where I imagine spitting on their face mid conversation. It's not like I want to do that, or ever would do that, but it usually makes me feel a little awkward. since they can't read my mind, no harm though

When I was 23 I saw a buddy of mine get spat in the face. I was screaming at him to go knock the dude out, and he wouldn't do anything. He was wearing glasses so it looked even worse cause he had to clean them.
