Yep, because of this:

It's understandable. If someone doesn't like tomato juice and celery, adding vodka probably won't change that.

I don't mind celery, just not in drinks. I HATE tomato juice though, even the smell of it. Not a big fan of tomato soup either.

Another thing I hate is peas--I don't like the pop when you eat eat them or the dry, mealy texture of the inside.

I like real cheese, but I order most things at McDonald's without the cheese because fast food American cheese makes the food even more disgusting.

Food Item
BACON. I like bacon. I eat bacon. I think bacon is good. But...the five year old kid, super hyper Christmas morning reaction to it... I just don't get.

As far as Jonny's Pizza, don't judge it by the pizza on the buffet line. It IS NOT same as ordering a pizza off the menu. I ain't ape shite crazy for JP, but I like it.

Drink Item
Very hoppy (bitter) beers. I can only assume that it's an acquired taste. Like the color red, bitterness is natures way of telling you not to eat something.

Cracklins/chitlins. Can't get passed the fatty texture. I've tried and just can't.

Fried green tomatoes - people drive for miles to get them. To me, you ruined a perfectly good tomato by picking it early.

Catfish, tilapia and green peas. The peas make me gag.

I also have a hate of iced tea, absolutely horrible beverage.

King Cake. I don't get the hype.

I agree with this for the tranditional, non filled style. However if you put a raspberry, blueberry, or cherry filled king cake infront of me? I turn into a fat kid

Crappy cheese like Kraft singles and Velveeta? Yeah, I see why people hate that since it's not real cheese.

As for the cheeses on charcuterie and cheese boards and at Whole Foods? I could eat that for every meal and never grow tired of it.

Never been able to enjoy a tomato due to textural issues.

That being said, I ate a BLT yesterday and didn't hate it. The texture got a little lost in everything else that was going on. Maybe that's a sign that I've finally convinced myself to like them.

I can't think of anything I "hate", but I don't get the dramatic praise some folks have for hibachi/teppanyaki restaurants. Seems a little.. IDK.. not my style? And I don't usually order that type of food anyway.
