It's pretty boring and I'm not sure if it's a good one but they just tried to go outside of the norm and outside of retreads and they got fricked.

Fox has a proven record of turning around dumpster fires. Def dull, but if Pace is in it for another hire, Fox is a solid choice to stabilize things until perhaps a better option presents itself a few years down the road.
