I went through my BBC stage (can't believe I just wrote that down) and watched Merlin and Robin Hood. Both were enjoyable.

Doctor Who and Top Gear are already leaving in February

not really, it airs in the UK first. Netflix just slapped the "Original" stamp on there for streaming in the U.S.
In that case, I apologize. They had me fooled.

Netflix acquired rights to streaming for it separately I believe. I was wondering the same thing but as one of their "Netflix Originals" I don't believe it applies to it.
Just like Happy Valley, I guess. But that one is on BBC One so maybe that's different anyway.
The Fall season 2 arrives on Netflix Friday, so I'd guess that one is staying.
Just looking at my watch list now, The Office, Doctor Who, Wallander, MI-5, Copper, Walking with Dinosaurs, Luthor, Robin Hood all show "Until 2/1."
Sherlock, The Fall, Happy Valley, The Tudors, Ripper Street, The Honorable Woman do not. Looks like maybe those are all on BBC-something, not just BBC. I don't really know how that works (since I don't live in the UK).
Anyway, check your Netflix queue. If you don't see "Until 2/1" I'd assume it's not leaving.

I thought that I heard that once you go BBC you don't go back.

Most of my favorite shows are bbc. Hulu has a bunch of British tv still, and has some of the best shows like Moone Boy that nobody else has.

So, they are definitely dropping Peaky Blinders.

NO!
I love Foyle and Gently.
Edit - those aren't produced by BBC so maybe I'm safe.

No, Peaky Blinders is NOT leaving.
I think if the show is on this page it is NOT leaving. But, either way, it will show "Until 2/1" on the show's page and in your queue if it is leaving.
Here is a partial list of BBC shows that are leaving at the end of this month:

All Creatures Great and Small (1978-1990)
Black Adder (1983-1989)
Canterbury’s Law (2008)

I don't know about Luther, but Amazon has had a better deal with the BBC than NetFlix for a few years. That's probably why NetFlix is losing the BBC.
