As someone in his early-mid 20s, unmarried with no kids:

New Orleans, Lafayette, Baton Rouge, Mandeville/Covington, Lake Charles, Shreveport, Monroe, Alexandria

If I was married and looking to have kids (possibly just a few years down the road):
