My uncle still thinks it's a gateway drug that will lead you straight to being a crackhead sucking dick for a bump of yayo.

I was at a bar talking with an old Texas couple who are convinced legalizing it will turn everyone into thugs. I'm not shitting you.

I know weed has all sorts of different names. Can someone explain how one named weed makes you feel different than another named weed? I mean isn't it all THC? Or is it like just the taste? Like as in Coors Light tastes different than Budweiser but they both make you feel exactly same.

I think it's the Invicta (? ) strain that gives you the body high and no anxiety. I would probably take that if I did it.

They do taste different, but the main difference is in the high.

Sativas are more of a "head high" and indicas are more of a "body high."

Different strains also have different levels of THC.

They differ in potency and genetic make-up which ultimately makes them different drugs within the same class. Similar to morphine's potency vs dilaudid or different anti-psychotics and their side effect profiles.

There are strains being grown that have almost zero euphoric effect and give only pain relief, and anti-anxiolytic effects that they are developing for pediatric cancer patients.,

I've done it before I just don't care for it. Just wondering what the difference is with all these weird weed names. I understand one brand can be a body high and one a head high maybe? How would you describe a head-high compared to a body-high?

I'm ready for it to be legalized so you people will shut the frick up about it. It's a freaking broke record. (kids you won't get that one since you have no idea what vinyl is)
Why would we stop talking about it? It's a bullshite law that has not been changed in the majority of the country and you just expect people to stop talking about it?

No, it's not all just THC. There are dozens of different compounds called cannabinoids that react with receptors in the brain to cause different effects.

Different strains are bred to create different ratios of these cannabinoids to produce different effects.

Sometimes the head high triggers anxiety, which can actually make you feel pain. People who are terminally ill don't need that.

I applaud the industry for their efforts. The research and results have been great.

Every body wants to move to Colorado, even homeless. Good for them.

Financially, I benefit from the states that insist on making a drug war against its citizens. Real estate is booming. Thanks Florida. You blew it.
