The guy is fricked. He broke the law and fricked an underage girl. No Baton Rouge jury will acquit this POS rapist. He'll have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. Got luck on finding a job after prison with that rap, lol

Apparently not. If I was on that jury there is no way I would convict based on the info in this thread, none. I would not give a frick what the judges instructions were.

Pretty sure if he has probable cause (such as her being in an 18+ bar or 21+ bar) to believe she is of age then you can't be convicted in this situation.
