Why should the President be involved in local law enforcement matters?

Of course they would. He won't and he shouldn't. Would Bush have returned from his Crawford ranch for this?

i can see him needing to comment on the matter, but the president doing anything more than commenting on local matters is just a waste of time.

If this were a gay athlete he'd speak out but this is just two dead cops. He can't be bothered with that.

Cause he's been involved in all the others..Remember"The police acted STUPIDLY", and "Trayvon could be my son". He's always on the Wrong side, according to facts, but he always weighs in...If he doesn't do it now, it looks like he'll always be on the TPOS side...

Fox News asks a legitimate question.

A "return from vacation" could be a simple four-minute recorded statement.

He has never hesitated in the past to inject himself into local matters.

That MF vacations too much. That being said, this is not something he needs to handle. No reason for a president to get involved in these matters.

He has blood on his hands. The more he says, the worse it gets. The further he gets from the country, the better off we all are.

I don't think he should be "involved" in most local matters. In fact, the more the fed gets involved locally the worse things seem to get.

Fox asks whether Obama should return from every one of his vacations to handle whatever crisis is happening at that time. Nothing new here.

Obama hasn't solved shite yet. I don't suspect this will be his time to change that. He can stay on vacation for the next two years.

I don't every recall him involving himself in any local police matters......except when the Boston police "acted stupidily", or "if I had a son he would look like Trayvon" and maybe the Ferguson riots, but outside of that I can think of anytime he spoke on local police matters.

Cambridge police = Obama statement (acted stupidly)

Trayvon Martin - Rose Garden speech (if I had a son...)

Ferguson GJ decision = Obama address

NYC GJ decision = Obama statement during speech

Two dead NYC cops - ?
