Fighters for a Free North Korea, which is headed by Park Sang Hak, a former government propagandist who escaped to South Korea, has dispatched hydrogen balloons to North Korea for a number of years. They are launched from secret locations in South Korea, equipped with acid-based timers that break open plastic bags. They cruise two miles high, to prevent from being shot down.

They have movies, internet, cell phones, TV and such there. Its all heavily restricted but its not like they are too far behind tech wise.

Will it be dubbed in Korean? How many people even have electricity?

my guess would be roughly half just going by the suspected poverty levels of the entire population.
however, their power grid is supposedly antiquated and has major issues with brownouts.

I would imagine all people named Thor and Olaf have interesting histories.

Could be a bad idea. I was listening to the radio today, and they made the claim that being caught with a copy of The Interview in NK would almost certainly be a death sentence. You want some kid to accidentally wind up with a copy?
