Only thing you can do is wait it out and let the relationship die of natural causes (wouldn't recommend that) or find your own girl.

I got out of the friend zone twice w/ girls with long term boyfriends.
It takes for fricking ever don't do it. I was nicer and more mature in the first instance, smarter and more ambitious in the second. FWIW I wasn't really trying to do it, so that probably helped.

My girlfriend was dating a guy when we started hanging out. I didn't know it at the time, and I kind of felt bad after I realized. But their relationship was very dysfunctional, and it was only a matter of time. Also, he is a big douche.
