They are over the counter in many countries and cheap. Their effectiveness also wanes over time.

Based on the latest reviews here I ordered from Ras last Wednesday evening and received it just on time on Saturday. Didn't expect it to be here that quick but it was a life saver for the this weekend.
I had troubles the last 3 months to keep my little buddy constant hard for someone I'm really into dealing with lots of stress running my own company. I never had any problems but lately it turned into a big deal and was doing some research trying to fix it. Oh boy, I took .5ml and noticed a huge difference on Saturday and Sunday..feeling like 20 again. Apart from other benefits I'll include this "supplement" in my daily stack.
TLDR: Ras source is legit, only paid $20 with Zelle and delivery was free. I can't compare it to other brands or research chemical companies but that stuff potentially saved a future relationship

Been on Cialis for a while after getting put on an anti-anxiety med....those of you who have taken an SSRI for depression or anxiety probably know all too well how that shite can frick with your sex life.
Anyway, I take 5mg daily but that shite is expensive (nearly $900 for 90 w/ insurance). I was using an overseas pharmacy for a while but the shipments were unreliable. Based on this thread, decided to get tafaladil from Evolution Peptides.
This stuff is trash. Again, I'm very familiar with Cialis and what it does to my body...not just when handling business but just general, eh, activity down there. I measured out what should have been a 5mg dose...nothing. Next day I tried a 15mg dose...nothing. Convinced it was whack, tried a 1ml, 30mg dose (still safe but def a huge dose). Absolutely nothing.
Maybe I just got a bad batch but I feel I was pretty much robbed. I can't contact them because it's not for human consumption but I'll sure as hell give y'all a warning.
Again, not sure if it was a bad batch or if those who have had success with Evolution just experienced a placebo effect but fair warning that you aren't necessarily getting the real deal.

Bad batches have been reported from Purchase and Evolution Peptides. I have used Rasa for last two bottles.
As for placebo, sometimes I take a dose while drunk at home and forget. 2 days later I'm reminded of it when I'm walking around the Walmart produce section with a rock-hard lil pecker. And it ain't from thinking about cucumbers in my butt.
