'I heard stuff, but I couldn’t tell you what it was. Like I said, I was just so focused on getting the gun out of me. When I did get it up to this point, he is still holding on to it and I pulled the trigger and nothing happens, it just clicked. I pull it again, it just clicked again.

quote:

‘At this point I’m like: why isn’t this working, this guy is trying to kill me if he gets ahold of his gun. I pulled a third time, it goes off. When it went off, it shot through my door and my window was down and glass flew out of my door panel. I think that kind of startled him and me at the same time. When I see the glass come up, it comes, a chunk about that big comes across my right hand and then I notice I have blood on the back on my hand.

quote:

‘He comes back towards me again with his hands up. At this point I just went like this, I tried to pull the trigger again, click, nothing happened.’

quote:

A: ’So I pulled the trigger, it just clicks that time. Without even looking, I just grab the top of my gun, the slide and I racked it, and I put my, still not looking, just holding my hand up, I pulled the trigger again, it goes off. When it look back after that-

The muscle memory that conditioned him to rack slide on FTF may have saved his life.

Could have been adrenaline, and he just never heard the shot. We've all experienced it hunting, I know I have. I don't think I've ever heard a shot I've fired at a deer. I would think in a fight with a person like that his adrenaline was through the roof, his mind may have thought the gun never fired because he didn't hear it. That's just my two cents.

I'd like to think the slide was slightly back when they struggled in the car. I guess one downside of a hammer-fired gun is that the recoil spring is, in fact, weaker, since it works in conjunction with the hammer. But then again, if the slide is slightly retracted on a striker-fired pistol it wouldn't discharge either.

But the restrike capability of the Sig and his quick failure clear saved his bacon.

Despite the misfires...........I'd say the Sig did its job in the long run.

A. Maybe none in the chamber? Otherwise, shitty ammo.
B. Why not release this depiction of the incident immediately? Seems like it would have prevented all the bullshite while everyone waited to hear the only actual participant's story.

his is just FYI for those that are interested, but do not have time to review the grand jury information.

Officer Wilson fired 12 times.

Brown was hit 6 times.

From officer Wilson's first encounter with Brown to Browns death 90 seconds elapsed.

Glock lovers, your shite need not apply. It's SAO and won't "click" twice without racking it. Lawd only knows what would have happened when the 3rd "click" was needed.

Going thru 3rd childhood with my toys. memory is waning. A very detailed comprehensive list of reminders to self.

1. shoot my concealed carry ammo out occasionally, or, at least top round.
2. Barney's old wheeled 38 would have been much more effective in this hth scenario, than my or anybody's pretty semi's.
3. this board has corrupted me, made me spend money on guns I don't need. I read my posts from when this board 1st started and I preached wheel guns, now yall have me loaded up with high dollar pistols and evil black looking rifles.(the couple that survived my many boating accidents).
4. fire sale @ the geauxt pen, I'm selling all my pretty stuff and investing in a more profitable venture, cake baking and decorating.
