Their offer is tempting:

$300 x 2 trade in for my old phone
$350 x 2 for switching to Sprint
-----------
$1300

Plus bill would give me more data and cost me $50/month less than what I am paying. What am I missing?

You'll be missing tolerable internet speed.

Have had them for 3 years. Zero complaints unlimited data. I would recommend it.

I've had Sprint in NO for 12 years... I've had, no exaggeration, less than 5 dropped calls.

And, unlike Verizon and ATT, Sprint doesn't track your mobile web surfing with these pernicious "perma-cookies" that you can't block or delete:

At least not yet...

Internet speed and coverage all sucked when I had Sprint. If you're into the obnoxious push-to-talk deals, they might be okay. Dropped calls like Yeldon drops footballs, too.

I just switched from AT&T like two weeks ago and went with the $100/20gb family plan. I pay $25 for 128gb iPhone 6, my mom, brother, and sister pay $20 for 16gb iPhone 6.

That said, I'm happy with the phone... but I've seen a deterioration of signal coverage.

As in, it drops in and out between here and BR and I had "No Service" in the Superdome yesterday...

If you're in BR, it's not too bad. A few dropped calls here and there in low reception areas, but tend to have reliable internet

I've had them since January. 84 dollars for unlimited everything. Besides internet being spotty in some spots, I'm not complaining.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

It is NOT worth the SAVINGS. do not do it. I had no internet in NYC. No internet in Miami, No internet in Austin and have crap service in NOLA.

It has been the worst, I made the mistake of leaving Verizon for the savings. Now with the newer plans, Verizon will only be $50 more for the family plan, and that is very much worth it.

ATT is good as well, T-mobile and Sprint...you pay for what you get.
But Tmobile is better in NOLA for sure.

I hate that I have been stuck in a contract with a company that could not fulfill it's end and provide me with reliable internet service.

Had Sprint in BR years ago. Service was terrible. Lots of dropped calls. No service if I went up to a friend's house (Jackson, LA zip code but still EBR up 61 towards St. Francisville)

Depending on where you live and where you travel, I would tell you TMob is the way to go over Sprint all day. I had Sprint for 15 years and switched to TMob. From a $ stand point, they are very close but TMob gives you more features (wifi calling, international calling, free hotspot, etc).
