Do you think Les actually changes Cam's calls 50% of the time?

We can all see it's not just execution. The play calling is worse than terrible. If even 50% of these calls are Cam's then he is totally incompetent too.

no, i think Cam calls the plays, but Les gave a playbook with only 3 or 4 plays in it

Cam calls the plays and sends to Miles. Miles can either go with the call or change it. When plays get in early, they were Cam's. When Miles changes the call, we struggle to get the play off.

we have a winner
We do not change QB's without CLM approval

It's more than 3 or 4. But Miles approves the gameplans and at some point regardless of what an OC wants to implement if the HC says no, The HC is the HC.
You adapt and develop gameplans you know the HC will be comfortable with.

insiders say it's Cams playbook and Cam calls the plays. It's Cams offense. However Miles is on board with it.

Whether Cam calls the plays and Les changes them, or Cam has full control of the offense it doesn't matter. Both CC and CLM are paid waaaaaay too much money to have this sloppy of an offense with so much talent. They need to get their shite together before we are a 5 loss team.

Exactly! According to Miles LF did not play much is because the plays in which he was to be utilized were not working.
Does that mean even though the plays Jennings was running did not work, Harris had not been prepared to run any plays?

No.
I think Les makes the final decision on whether to play Mr. Safe or take a risk.
And, as Head Coach, he also sets the game plan.
I mean what do people think? That football teams show up Saturday and the HC and OC haven't discussed waht the game plan will be?
Do they think that if the HC says I want to be run heavy and pass only if necessary that the OC shows up Saturday, the OC just goes of book resulting in the HC having to correct him constantly?

Who responsible for hiring offensive coords? Miles has hired on incompetent coord after another. When will the powers that hired him finally see that they made a terrible mistake. If not for the defensive genius of John Chavis, we would have been a 5 or 6 lose team every year.

Do you seriously think Cameron in incompetent? Chavis loses the last two home games against Bama by abandoning his game plan and going to some bastardized version of the 'prevent' defense ( called 'prevent', no doubt because it prevents us from winning), and hes the GOAT? Get off the gin & juice son.

if Cam is calling the plays well, I now see why the Baltimore Ravens canned him...they did win the super bowl that year also!..

You are right about Chavis... same reason for which he was fired at TN and what led to Fullmer's firing as well.
I am not a Chavis fan......having said that, he has not reverted to his old ways and has pretty much stayed aggressive the second part of this season.
Chavis is not our problem.
MILES IS THE PROBLEM.....period.
As far a Cam. it is very hard to believe that he developed Flacco, Breese and Rivers and that he now has amnesia.
We have not scored enough points to win... the problem is on the Offense.
We are no. 79 in total offense...and that's counting the early "cupcake" games
LINK
in passing offense only, we are no. 118
LINK
When Ark scores only 17 and Bama only 13 (regulation), our D has done its job
Mile's philosophy is out of date.
and Before the Mile's A - - kissing begins, look around at home many Freshman and Sophomore QBs are having success...
so we either do not what the hell we are doing when recruiting QBs , we do not develop them, or we stifled them with the offense philosophy.

Jesus people do you not watch the games.
According to most, Les has been calling the plays since 2005. So according to that logic you would think the type of plays being called would not change.
But it has...
Jimbo years..we had bubble screens, middle screens, we were rather balanced.
Crowton comes along and most of the screen game disappears but now we see the pistol, and a bunch of straight option (not the read). Still fairly balanced, run/pass.
Stud takes over and more power emerges because Stud is a O line coach but the read option is introduced (from his days with Urban at Bowling Green). We see less option and even less of a screen game.
Now Cam, he comes from a NFL team with a QB that cant run for shite so he wants to run power and play action. Screen game is gone, option is essentially eliminated. Has some success throwing when he had a Joe Flacco type QB. Now that he doesn't the offense stalls.
Ill admit Miles want to run power and I am sure he has influenced all of his OC's to call those plays but to think Miles is calling the plays or 50% of them is plain absurd. History shows that he doesn't.
