Are you providing the leather? Katzskin type product? What about junkyard replacements?
I did it myself a few years back. It's actually not that difficult at all.
But, I would expect $500-1000 each for leather and install (standard captains chairs and rear bench), obviously depending on quality of leather.
Dealerships actually do this often through 3rd parties, so could try them and ask who they use.

Check with Rim Pros in Baton Rouge. Not 100% certain if they do it at that particular store but I know a couple of their other stores do leather installs.

in my next vehicle i think i'm definitely gonna go with cloth, it's more comfortable imo

I've had leather in just about every vehicle. In all honesty, I think I prefer cloth as well. Maybe pleather, idk. It just magnifies the heat and the cold so much in the climax of each season.

I'm a cloth fan as well. Went with cloth in my new truck and very happy with it. It's just softer, and way better when it's hot or cold.

My cloth just picks up so much fricking trash. It's black cloth

both of my vehicles have leather so soft they feel like cloth. And Upholstery Limited did do my truck. Ordered Tuscany grade Katzkin

Tops unlimited. Capitol GMC uses them for leather installs on upgrades. Had my 2014 Texas edition Sierra upgraded to the katzkin perf leather kit designed for factory cloth replacement. It is actually better than the factory leather seats. I can post pics if you want.

Why doesn't anybody go from leather to cloth?

Paging Gaston...
This would be right up his alley.

I'll do it for $200, but it won't be pretty.

I've used Tops Unlimited and will use them again for my new Tacoma. I'm expecting it not to exceed $1500.
