Lolwut? He's thrown at least one pick every game with I think 7 of them leading directly to points for the other team.
He's not the only problem and he's keeping us in games as well, but he's cancelling out his greatness every single game with the mistakes he makes.

Saints need to be irked by their 4-5 record and not what fans think. Dumbasses

Can't they be irked by both ?

Seems pretty hypocritical to be upset with the fanbase for being irked by the same thing they're irked about, no?

Well they need to worry about the team and not the fans.

Brees has made some mistakes and isn't beyond criticism. That being said, I'm more upset at the dropped balls and defensive line sucking at generating a pass rush.

The fans have gotten spoiled here. I remember when we were thrilled just have the opportunity to make the playoffs.
As for the Brees criticisms, I think he deserves some of it but not as bad as it has been with some fans. Especially some of the ones on here. It seems like every mistake he makes fans are jumping on him. Even though he can make 20+ good/great plays in a game some fans are focusing on the few bad plays.

Why do people call tipped balls and resultant interceptions a uncontrollable freak part of the game...then turn around and count those as interceptions when grading a player?

Nope. It has to be one or the other.

He's not making a ton of mistakes but the mistakes he is making are costing us games that we should win. Now, losses are not solely on his shoulders but he is the 100 million dollar man and the spotlight should shine brightly on him for both good and bad.

laughed out loud when told about fans criticizing and booing Brees last weekend.
'nough said.

''He's playing at a high level,'' Galette said. ''You can't ask for more as a defense.''
Cincinnati coach Marvin Lewis, whose team will have to figure out how to stop Brees on Sunday, laughed out loud when told about fans criticizing and booing Brees last weekend.
''I don't see a guy with declining skills at all,'' Lewis said, adding that he has encouraged his own quarterback Andy Dalton, to emulate Brees' approach to practice and leadership. ''He's what you want.''
Similarly, Saints coach Sean Payton pinned some of Brees' recent lowlights on a combination of failures including pass protection and imprecise route-running.
