Done with digital downloads on PS4

Last 3 games, it's taken forever to "install" once it's been downloaded. I get stuck in the prologue. I'm looking at at least 24 hours more at this rate. Has anyone else experienced this. My wireless is pretty good, certainly not bad enough for this ish.

I've bought I think 2 games digitally and had no issues at all so idk.
Seems to be a common problem on both next gen consoles though.

This. I'm reading about it all over. I don't get why it's an issue when steam handles it fine.

I've purchased around 15 games digitally on my xbone and haven't had any issues. Halo seems to be the first one I can recall people having issues with. I must just be lucky.

Same, apparently Halo was a complete disaster in that regard.

Best thing to do would be to go into network settings and run a test, see how fast it's showing the DL speed.
Still amazes me people game over WiFi, such a big no no.

This is my guess. The only two major games I've got that are digital both downloaded and installed incredibly quickly.

BS, there is always a choice.
Long ethernet cables, or move the router closer to the console if not in same room and make other things use WiFi.

Ive had no issues
I have FIFA 15, Killzone, BF4, UFC all DD.
Wish I went hard disc on a few so I can trade them in like UFC
