Everything I've read is that the invites are random and trickling in. I'm sure they're not random and there's some sort of algorithm that decides who gets one, but no common denominator from what I have heard. But they're still going out, so you may get an invite eventually (I'm prime and have not gotten one either).

Just got it set up, seems pretty cool. My mom is here, and she keeps making it play different music stations. The voice recognition works really well, even from 50' away. Definitely worth $100 IMO, but I'm not sure I'd pay $200. If you have anything specific you want me to see if it will do, let me know. I am going to the hunting stand, hopefully moms will be done talking to it by then.

Right now, the only 2 names you can choose from is Alexa or Amazon. Ain't no Alexas here, so I am leaving it at that so it won't be getting inadvertently woken up.

If I had gotten an early invite, I would have had thing on ebay in a hearbeat. They were pulling in over $300-400 initially
