I have been using Alphamine and it's pretty awesome.
Just finished SX7 Shatter and it was ok. Made me itchy.
What do yall take and how do you like it?

C4. However I think you need to change up pre-workouts every couple months. You body will get used to what you are consuming. I rotate pre-workouts.

What happens if you run out of pre-workout or the world's supply of pre-workout dries up? Will people still be able to workout?

Try not taking anything. I have not used any in about 3 years and feel great. That shiz is terrible for you. 27 yrs old, corporate job and still manage to go after work M-F.....so don't make excuses.

So all you need is:
Niacin
Vitamin B12
Creatine
Caffine/ Taurine
Sounds like a couple vitamin pills and a red bull will work fine. Maybe crush everything up, put it in a Red Bull and slam it. If you want to have the "pre workout" effect.

I like c4 best. But you get tolerant to it really quick. I'm using assault right now. Not a huge fan of it but it works. Switching back to c4 after probably. Or I may just go a couple months without one, my caffeine tolerance is retarded right now between that and studying all the time.

C4 is ok for a while, but I get used to it fast. One I'm really loving right now is adrenaline bulk by black labs. I've taken many different preworkouts and this one is up there for me.

I like to rotate ideally, but costco has C4 so that's what I usually get. I also like ACG3. I like to try the new ones that come out, but most of the prices per 30 servings of the shite at GNC is stupid even with the gold card. I'm not paying 70+ dollars for 30 servings of preworkout.

Check this article out. I workout first thing before work. I go fasted and pop BCAA pills or drink. Some prework outs kill my stomach when I'm fasted. Jacked has been pretty good to me, but in all honesty caffeine pills/coffee is just as effective and costs way less.
Note that the article above references data that showed that caffeine, the main ingredient behind most preworkouts, showed benefits, but only really in the morning work outs. Afternoon it is less effective.
